Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Clear Eye Care Optometry a proud provider of vision care products and services in El Monte.

Mei Zhao, O.D.

Dr. Mei Zhao is a certified optometrist. She graduated from the School of Optometry-State University of New York in 2003. Dr. Zhao worked at several private practices after graduation. Then she worked for Davis Vision in Long Island for one year. Later on, Dr. Zhao moved back to California and has been working at Kaiser since 2005. She is currently working in Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park. She also specializes in treating red eyes, emergency eye diseases, working closely with ophthalmologists in the hospital. In addition, Dr. Zhao is KPASCO (Kaiser Permanente Association Southern California Optometrist) secretary and actively involved in the organization. Dr. Zhao continues to provide the best service to our community.
